Indications: Rxhomeo® Cina has marked action in treating irritable children. It is specially adapted to babies who suffer from anal irritation from worms. The baby has highly irritable temperament. Complaints are caused due to worm irrtation especially Ascaris lumbricoides. There is grinding of teeth and boring of nose or rubbing the nose against the pillow or shoulder of the nurse. The baby is highly irritable, peevish, cross and ill humoured. Doesnot want to be touched or looked at. Wants many things but refuses when offered. The baby is very hungry, wants to eat all the time, even hungry after a full meal. Desires sweets and indigestible things and aversion to mother's milk. There may be convulsion due to worms in sleep. The abdomen is distended and hard due to worms. Also suffers from nocturnal enuresis or bedwetting due to worm irritation. Urine is turbid when passing, but turns milky after some time.
Cina is also useful in cough which is dry with sneezing, spasmodic gagging in the morning. There is periodic return of cough in every spring. Child is afraid to speak or move because of return of paroxysms of cough. Cough is worse from moving or speaking. Cina is also indicated in anemia.
