Indications: Rxhomeo® Nitricum Acidum has marked action on various parts of the body with sticking pains. Splinter like pain comes with sticking and pricking sensation. Pains comes suddenly and goes suddenly. Nitricum Acidum helps in headache from loss of sleep, anxiety, over exertion and from pressure of the hat. There is a sensation of tight band around head. Pain is worse on waking, disappears on rising and better while riding in a carriage.
Nitricum Acidum is a chief remedy for gastro-intestinal symptoms. There is putrid breath from mouth with offensive saliva. Tongue is clear and red. Ulcers on soft palate. There are also syphilitic ulcers in mouth with splinter like pain. It is also useful in hoarseness of throat. Tonsils are red, swollen and ulcerated.
