Indications: Rxhomeo® Podophyllum Peltatum is a chief remedy for biliousness. It is useful in acidity and dyspepsia with hot, sour, belching with naussea and vomiting. There is thirst for large quantity of cold water. Foul tongue with putrid taste in mouth. Sensation of weakness and sinking in abdomen. Liver region in painful.

Podophyllum Peltatum is useful in constipation. Stool clay colored, very much dry, hard voided with great difficulty. Constipation of bottle fed babies with dry crumbled stool. Piles from constipation and prolapsed anus. Constipation alternating with diarrhoea.

Podophyllum Peltatum also helps in treating diarrhoea after eating fruits, summer and during dentition. Diarrhoea begins early morning, continuing till forenoon, followed by natural stool in evening. Weakness and exhaustion with diarrhoea. Painless, profuse, putrid, polychromatic ( multi coloured) stool with prolapse ani. Stools gushes out. Headache alternates with diarrhoea. It is also useful in cholera infantum.

Podophyllum Peltatum is also indicated in jaundice and chronic hepatitis. Dull aching pain in liver region. There is great fullness, soreness, sour regurgitation of food with sour acrid erructation. Heart burn, naussea and bilious vomiting and diarrhoea. Patient constantly rubs and shakes the liver region with hands.

Podophyllum Peltatum also helps in prolapse of uterus from over lifting, straining, from constipation. Dragging down sensation in right ovary. Uterus extremely sore to touch, even touch of light clothing is unbearable.

Podophyllum Peltatum is also useful in intermittent fever. Fever paroxysms at 7.00 AM. Great loquacity during fever. Sweat profuse and offensive. Thirst for large quantity of cold water during fever.
